The Franklin Square Market, Restaurant & Bar has a welcoming dining space located inside the market, just a short walk from Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs. Led by Head Chef Mark Delos and managing partner Jullie Delos, the restaurant brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience to the community.

 

The menu draws inspiration from Mediterranean and Italian flavors, with a strong focus on fresh seafood and thoughtfully prepared dishes. Guests can also enjoy a full selection of wine, cocktails, mocktails, and spirits, along with house-made desserts prepared by the in-house pastry chef. With both indoor and outdoor seating available, it’s an easy place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends or family.

Our kitchen case features a rotating selection of house-made sides, salads, and entrées available by the pound. These prepared foods are ready to heat and enjoy at home or are perfect for grabbing on the go when you need a quick meal.
