The Market Bar, Restaurant & Cafe is a welcoming dining space located inside Franklin Square Market, just a short walk from Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs. Led by Head Chef Mark Delos and managing partner Jullie Delos, the restaurant brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience to the community.

The menu draws inspiration from Mediterranean and Italian flavors, with a strong focus on fresh seafood and thoughtfully prepared dishes. Guests can also enjoy a full selection of wine, cocktails, mocktails, and spirits, along with house-made desserts prepared by the in-house pastry chef. With both indoor and outdoor seating available, it’s an easy place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends or family.

Specials and Weekly Events

The Market Bar, Restaurant & Cafe offers something new to enjoy throughout the week. Daily happy hour features $6 specials on select drinks and small bites, making it a popular time for guests to stop by and unwind.

Mondays bring Industry Night, where guests can enjoy specials such as 20% off bottles of wine, discounted wines by the glass, fresh oysters, and rotating chef features. Live music on Thursday evenings adds another reason to visit, creating a lively atmosphere for dinner and drinks.
